The Electronic Participation Project (EPP) aims to support the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) by developing a global best practice framework and eParticipation solution. The primary objective is to foster active engagement and innovation as outlined in Vision 2030, thereby enhancing opportunities for all societal groups, including traditionally marginalized ones such as girls, women, persons with disabilities, low-income, and rural communities. By successfully achieving this objective, the project seeks to establish a robust eParticipation framework, assess the eParticipation landscape in KSA, cultivate an engagement culture, and elevate the quality and utilization of eParticipation platforms. Additionally, the project aims to contribute to KSA's performance on the UNDESA E-Participation Index while aligning with the overarching goals of Vision 2030.
