The project aims to elevate Georgia's international EGOV standing by implementing a holistic strategy. The objectives include integrating global best practices in E-Government, fostering capacity building through targeted training and workshops, creating collaborative networks between Georgian professionals and international experts, enhancing the national policy framework for EGOV, prioritizing a user-centric approach in development, and establishing a rigorous monitoring and evaluation mechanism.

Activities

  • Conduct a comprehensive presentation on the progress of EGOV development in Georgia, followed by an interactive discussion session.

  • Organise a working meeting involving experts from the Data Exchange Agency and UNU-EGOV to collaboratively brainstorm on effective strategies for promoting EGOV achievements in Georgia and addressing global demand arising from EGOV trends.

  • Deliver a training session conducted by UNU-EGOV staff for Georgian delegates. Topics covered include digital transformation, emerging EGOV trends in the European Union and globally, eParticipation, and citizen empowerment.

D1. Presentation on EGOV development progress in Georgia.

D2. Report of experts working meeting on promotion strategies of EGOV achievements in Georgia and global demand resulting from EGOV trends.

D3. Training materials on digital transformation, new EGOV trends in the European Union and internationally, eParticipation, and citizen empowerment.
