The project supports the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in conducting a comprehensive analysis of Digital Indicators to measure and evaluate the maturity level of digital government performance.

In close collaboration with the Digital Government Authority, it develops improvement methodologies and assessment frameworks to guide the enhancement of indicator performance and define measurable targets based on analytical findings.

A1. Study the impact of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing the Kingdom’s ranking in digital indicators
A2. Analyse the digital indicators for measuring digital government maturity
A3. Develop an improvement methodology and assessment framework for the indicator and set targets based on the analysis of digital indicators
A4. Develop a detailed roadmap and well-defined initiatives
A5. Prepare technical content for participation in international indicator-related workshops
A6. Develop a report on digital government achievements and their link to international digital indicators
A7. Develop policies and regulatory frameworks related to international digital indicators
