Developed jointly by UNU-EGOV and UN DESA, LOSI is a multi-criteria framework for evaluating local government digital services via official municipal websites. The methodology supports evidence-based policymaking and helps identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in local e-government development.
The webinar series serves as a platform for knowledge exchange among policymakers, practitioners and researchers, highlighting national experiences in applying the LOSI methodology and promoting more accessible, inclusive and effective digital public services at the local level.
