Advisor Nkamogelang Kapoko-Patrick is a Health Officer (HOI) in Communication and Media Production at the Ministry of Health in Botswana. 

He has participated in several projects, including the 73rd session of the World Health Organization (WHO) regional committee for Africa, as a National Committee Member responsible for the Production of Communication and Media from the Ministry of Health. He was also involved in the Digitalization of Health Services (Tsogo jwa Me Project) where he was responsible for branding and Public Communication and Media Production for the project.

Advisor has just started a Fellowship with UNU-EGOV – Portugal for research on Participation, People, and Communities. He has also worked under the National Internship for the Ministry of Agriculture Headquarters for two years from 2010 to 2012 in the Department of Agricultural Information and Public Relations as a Graphic Designer. In 2022, he briefly worked for Botswana Information Services as a news-gathering photojournalist for Daily News as freelancing personnel. He has participated as a National Committee Member, responsible for the Production of Communication and Media from the Ministry of Health in Botswana.

He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Media and Communication Studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University in India and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design majoring in Multimedia from Curtin University in conjunction with Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in Malaysia. He has received specialized training in Social Media Technologies and Applications from Mohali CDAC – (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing).

Currently, Advisor has just started a Fellowship with UNU-EGOV – Portugal for research on Participation, People, and Communities.
