Rebecca Hinkhouse is a Research Associate with UNU-CPR’s Conflict Prevention and Sustaining Peace Pillar.
Rebecca supports research on cross-border conflict and crime, the efficacy of sanctions and peace operations in borderlands, and General Assembly engagement with peace and security issues.
Rebecca graduated with a master’s in international affairs from Columbia University in 2024. While completing her degree, she served as a fellow with UNU-CPR, in addition to interning with the US Department of State and the UN Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs.
Prior to graduate school, Rebecca worked in policy and advocacy at UNICEF, building upon her undergraduate studies of international politics at Georgetown University.
