Vladimir Smakhtin has 30 years of experience as a Researcher and Manager in the broad area of water resources with an emphasis on global and regional water scarcity and food security.

Zeineb Bouhlel

Zeineb Bouhlel has a diverse background in research and in communication, mostly related to environmental sciences and in science-policy contexts. Born and raised in Tunisia, she graduated from the University of Carthage as an agriculture engineer, with a concentration in water resources and environment.
