Madhubanti Anashua is an Advisor for Environmental Policy and Resource Efficiency at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and a dual-career PhD fellow at the United Nations University and Maastricht University.

Iván Velásquez
Iván Camilo Velásquez Abril is a PhD scholar at UNU-MERIT. He holds a Research Master’s in Economics from Université Catholique de Louvain and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Finance & International Trade from Universidad del Rosario in Colombia. He has over five years of experience in public policy evaluation and research, and his main research interest is the economics of education.
