UNU-FLORES at COP30

Championing the Resource Nexus approach in global climate discussions

UNU-FLORES will actively participate in the 30th Conference of the Parties (COP30), taking place in Belém, Brazil. The UNU-FLORES delegation, led by Director Prof. Edeltraud Guenther, will engage in a range of activities including co-hosting sessions, delivering keynote addresses, and contributing expert insights across multiple formats.

While in Brazil, UNU-FLORES will pursue several strategic initiatives, including meetings in Rio de Janeiro aimed at strengthening partnerships.
