Before joining UNU-FLORES, Ghada worked with GIZ on nexus integration policies and ESG reporting. Her current research focuses on corporate biodiversity management in the MENA region.

Before joining UNU-FLORES, Ghada worked as Regional Technical Advisor MENA for the Nexus Regional Dialogue Program of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) focusing on creating resources nexus integration policies and building capacities in the region and as an Environment and Social Sustainability Manager in Building Materials Sector focusing on Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting ESG and conduction of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments for cleaner production projects. Her current research focuses on “The Role of Stakeholders in Corporate Biodiversity Management in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region).
