Rui Sampaio is a Visiting Fellow at UNU-EGOV, working on a project regarding Social Media and Public Governance. He is also a PhD in Business Administration student at the University of Minho and has a scholarship from the same institution. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance (2015) and a BA in Economics (2013), both diplomas from the University of Minho. His main research interests are in the areas of Corporate Finance, Investments and Financial Markets, and Electronic Governance.
