The United Nations High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) 2023 will take place from 10–19 July under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council. The HLPF annual meeting is the core United Nations platform for follow-up and review of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The theme for this year’s forum is “Accelerating the recovery from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at all levels“.
With work spanning the full breadth of the SDGs, UNU is uniquely placed as an interdisciplinary voice in discussions surrounding the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. At HLPF 2023, UNU-CPR, UNU-EGOV, UNU-EHS and UNU-IAS will showcase some of UNU’s latest contributions to the SDGs and co-organize side events with partners.
The UNU Summary Input for HLPF 2023 is available on the HLPF website.
