Abdinassir Sagar is a part-time PhD Fellow at UNU-MERIT / Maastricht University - Maastricht Graduate School of Governance (MGSoG).
His PhD research explores the relationship between digitalization and government institutional capacities in the context of fragile and post-conflict settings.
He holds an MBA and Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from the University of Alberta School of Business. He currently works for the United Nations.
