In-Person Workshops and Training Programme

Provide practical skills and knowledge in health policy and systems research (HPSR), including evidence, generation, uptake & translation into policy.

The aim of these courses is to equip participants with both comprehensive knowledge and practical skills for analysing health policies and translating evidence into policy within the context of health systems research. The training typically features a balanced mix of presentations, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment.

  • February, 26, 2025: Workshop on AI-powered Insights and Analysis, in partnership with Institute for Health Systems Research (IHSR), Malaysia 

  • February 20-21, 2025: Workshop on Leveraging AI to Optimize Scientific Reviews, in partnership with IHSR, Malaysia 

  • June 5 – 7, 2024: Workshop on Machine Learning-based Forecasting Methods, in partnership with Pharmaceutical Services Programme, Ministry of Health (MOH), Malaysia

Target Audience: Public health researchers, policy-makers, and implementers seeking to enhance their policy research skills and its implementation capabilities, and CSOs and other organisations working on health-related initiatives, preferably those who are interested in designing/informing interventions and strategies based on robust evidence and methods.
