Ms. Uta Dietrich is a Visiting Research Fellow with UNU-IIGH recognised for her expertise in Health Promotion and Global Health. Over the past 25 years, her career has spanned education, policy, practice and research from her German roots to the USA, Hong Kong, Australia and Malaysia. Since joining UNU-IIGH as Research Fellow in 2014, Uta has led a programme on sustainable urban development and health and convened the Institute’s work on urban health in the context of Habitat III – the 3rd UN conference on housing and sustainable urban development in Quito, Ecuador in 2016.
