Parvathy Chandrasekhar is a PhD Researcher in the Soil and Land-Use Management Unit at UNU-FLORES. Her research at UNU-FLORES focuses on model development for management induced changes in soil hydraulic properties. Before joining UNU-FLORES, she worked at a start-up called Waterwatch Cooperative in The Hague, where she was involved in market research and helped in kick-starting pilot projects in India. Simultaneously, she also worked as a consultant with Waterlex located in Geneva, Switzerland. Parvathy received her Bachelor in Agricultural and Irrigation Engineering from Anna University in India and Master in Water Resources Management from TU Delft in The Netherlands.
