Under the cooperation MOU of UNU-FLORES and K-eco, Seung Keun, Ko is a visiting researcher at UNU-FLORES.
Seung Keun, Ko holds a bachelor's degree in political science and International relations, a master's degree in Chinese Area Studies, and a Doctorate in business administration from Hanyang University. He brings nearly 20 years of experience at K-eco, with a strong background in international policy, resource circulation, and environmental research collaboration.
Throughout his career, he has led key initiatives such as the Philippines EPR study tour with the World Bank, presented Korea’s EPR achievements to ASEAN countries, and participated in the UN Plastic Treaty negotiations.
At UNU-FLORES, Seung Keun, Ko is working as visiting researcher under MOU between UNU-FLORES and K-eco. He focuses on developing e-learning course on EPR(Extended Producer Responsibility). He aims to make a contribution to facilitating sustainable development and circular economy
