Lwin Thuzar Nyein is a Doctoral Researcher in the Joint PhD Programme in Integrated Management of Water, Soil, and Waste between Technische Universität Dresden and UNU-FLORES.

She is working on the topic “Mangrove forest management outcomes based on actor-centred analysis in Myanmar”, where her research focuses on sustainable mangrove restoration management outcomes based on the actor-centred analysis of mangrove ecosystem areas of Myanmar.

Before joining UNU-FLORES, she worked as a Teaching Assistant at Yezin Agricultural University. She has experience in environmental soil sciences, soil and water conservation, and crop mineral nutrition.
