Sheng Wu is a Research Associate at the United Nations University (UNU-EGOV) since 2022.
Her professional background is Science, Technology, and Innovation Management. She worked in academia, law firm and the UN. She joined the UN system in 2008 after graduating from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She has extensive research and project management experience in the field of Science, Technology, and Innovation in UNESCO, UNESCAP, and WHO. She holds a PhD in Innovation Management and is an attorney in Technology Transfer. Her research interests include technology economics, technology policy and law, AI, and globalization.
