Maria-Ancilla is a Researcher at UNU-INRA. 

She is currently working as an administrative associate and as a researcher on several INRA projects including Just Energy Transition in Informal Sector (JUSTIS), Innovate for Clean Agrotech Technologies (INFOCAT), Economic Implication of Stranded Assets, and African Facility for Transitions Research (AFTER Carbon). 

Maria has previous experience working as a programs assistant intern at the West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP). She has a BA degree in Sociology from the University of Ghana and an MSc in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Her area of expertise is on issues related to the gender dynamics of natural resource management.
