Kerley Pires is a Visiting Fellow at UNU-EGOV, working in the Research Line of Emerging Technologies for Digital Transformation in the Public Sector, with a focus on Blockchain Technology.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Fumec), a Specialization in Information Technology Governance (Catholic University of Brasília), a Master's Degree in Information Systems and Knowledge Management (Fumec), and is a PhD candidate in Management and Business Studies at University of Porto. Kerley's professional experience in Brazil and Portugal include Project Management Office, Strategic planning, Business Process Modelling and Improvement, Innovation Management, Innovation Ecosystem, Project Management Maturity Models, Scenario Planning, Research Projects, Statistics and data analysis.
