Irfan Ullah is a Research Assistant at UNU-EHS.

Irfan supports the implementation of FloodAdapt Vietnam and other climate risk analysis studies by applying the Economics of Climate Adaptation (ECA) methodology. The ECA methodology assists in formulating long-term climate adaptation strategies, including risk transfer solutions. Irfan has multi-sectoral experiences spanning from disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, community mobilization, water hygiene and sanitation, food security and livelihoods and conflict triggered disasters to earthquake and flood response.

Mr. Irfan is a passionate social and climate activist with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals in identifying their potentials to continue and share the passion of serving others. He has worked with many organizations like Islamic Relief Pakistan, UNDP Pakistan, ACF International Pakistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Disaster Management Authority.
