Shashwat Sharma is an environmental and water resources specialist with over four years of experience in research, data analysis, and project coordination. He worked as a Research Associate at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), contributing to climate adaptation initiatives through report writing, stakeholder engagement, and socio-economic data analysis. Previously, he served as an Environmental Engineer in Nepal, supporting environmental and social assessments. Shashwat holds a Master’s in Water Engineering and Management from AIT and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering from Kathmandu University. He is passionate about sustainable development and brings strong analytical and communication skills to his work.
