    “We look at both the benefits for health and the benefits for the environment when we take actions to mitigate the effects of climate change,” Capon told MediaGlobal News.

    “For example, transition to low carbon transport in a city with walking, cycling and mass transit systems, people get more benefits, both for their physical and mental health,” he added. “If we improve the transit system, there is also less carbon emission. You get people moving more, you get people breathing clean air, and you get less air pollution.”
