Sekela Twisa is a PhD Researcher in the Capacity Development and Governance Unit at UNU-FLORES. In her current position, she is working on researching “Source Sustainability of Rural Water Supply in Sub-Saharan Africa: Application of Geo-Information technologies” the project sponsored by Government of Tanzania. Prior to joining the Institute, she served as Senior Tutor-Irrigation Engineering at Water Development and Management Institute, Ministry of Water and Irrigation Tanzania (WDMI). During her time at WDMI, she serves as Liason officer and later appointed as Head of Continuing Education and Innovation Department.
