    Biographical Statement

    Maria Alexandra Cunha is currently a Visiting Fellow at UNU-EGOV. She is also Professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in Brazil, where her line of research is information technology management in government. She leads the Technology in Government area at the Center for Government and Public Administration Studies (GGV CEAPG). She has been conducting academic research and professional projects in ICT governance, e-Government, e-Governance and e-Democracy and, more recently, ICT for development, smart cities and smart governance. Alexandra is the author of several articles, technical reports, chapters and books, and she is a member of the editorial board of academic journals in Business and Public Administration.
