    Biographical Statement

    Kiltioson Viegas has been a network manager for the São Tomé and Príncipe Government (STP) since 2014 and was appointed technical Administrator of the Institute of Innovation and Knowledge – INIC in February 2019 and has held this position to date.

    He is currently a Professor of Computer Networks at the University of STP (USTP) and has served as Coordinator of Electronic Engineering course in the year 2016. He also serves as instructor and coordinator of the CISCO STP academy at USTP. He has a degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from the Central University “Marta Abreu de las Villas”,  Cuba, 2009. Currently attending a Master’s in Economics and Business Management Applied at the University of Évora, having already obtained postgraduate studies in this same area.
