The online session will focus on how to effectively translate theories on biodiversity conservation and restoration into practice and on their contributions to the post-2020 global biodiversity framework. It will also discuss the Satoyama Development Mechanism, a seed funding programme under the International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative that supports IPSI member organisations in implementing projects which promote, conserve, or restore socio-ecological production landscapes and seascapes.
