    This symposium on “Living, Nature, and Cultural Landscape” will bring together both Japanese and foreign researchers to discuss cultural landscapes in the context of Kanazawa’s unique natural and cultural diversity. The symposium is co-organised by the UNU Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS) Operating Unit in Kanazawa (OUIK), the Ecological Democracy Foundation, and Kanazawa University’s Noto Satoyama/Satoumi Unit in Suzu.

    Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
