With the implementation of casemix in all 790 hospitals, the aim is to improve the quality of care and reduce the financial burden of the health sector. Prof. Aljunid and Dr. Tsutsumi also will discuss mental well-being in Africa and the most neglected development issues that are essential in achieving internationally agreed goals and commitments to the Millennium Development Goals.
