External Knowledge and Innovation in Nigerian Firms

  • DATE / TIME:
    2014•04•01    13:00 - 14:00

Joint UNU-MERIT/School of Governance Seminar: “External Knowledge and Innovation – Some evidence from pooled cross sections of Nigerian firms”

In this seminar, Abiodun Egbetokun (UNU-MERIT) will examine the relationship between firm-level innovation in the African context and the use of external sources. Pooling data from the two available waves of the Nigerian innovation survey, his analyses will pay particular attention to the complexity and geography of firms’ portfolio of sources — two aspects that are shown to vary in importance over time and at different levels of innovativeness.

For more information about this seminar, see the Future Events page on the UNU-MERIT website.
