Stephen Kingah

Stephen Kingah is a research fellow at the UNU Institute on Comparative Regional Integration Studies (UNU-CRIS). He has a PhD in law from the Free University of Brussels and specializes in the rules that pertain to access to medicines and vaccines, especially in the South. Stephen also takes interest in the legal and political aspects of EU-ACP relations; international financial institutions; the African Union’s institutional architecture; and human rights aspects of accessing affordable healthcare in the South. His research at UNU-CRIS is focused on comparative regionalism clusters and also focuses on the PRARI project, an initiative that looks at the connections between poverty reduction and regional integration.
