Kouadio Koffi Isidore

Dr. Kouadio Koffi Isidore is a Postdoctoral Fellow at United Nations University International Institute for Global Health (UNU-IIGH). He is a medical doctor from Côte d’Ivoire with a Ph.D. in public health/surveillance of infectious diseases from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan. He previously worked in West Africa, as a public health officer with the Red Cross of Côte d’Ivoire and the International Organization for Migration in internally displaced persons and refugee settings; and in Japan as a research consultant for Tohoku University in a collaborative project on childhood pneumonia in developing countries. He is a member of the World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine and was awarded the Michael Mole Fellow in Disaster Medicine 2007-2009.
