She is a French citizen and holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, New York and from Sciences Po, Paris.
Prior to joining UNU, Ms. Faure worked in Yangon, Myanmar, as project manager for Green Lotus, a non-governmental organization working to promote economic and political sustainable development in Asia. She also worked as a graduate consultant for Fontheim International, a strategic consulting firm that offers corporate social responsibility, stakeholder relationships and global public policy advisory services. She contributed to a resource guide to inform companies on international labor and human rights standards pertinent to global supply chains. Previously, she also worked with a governmental team in Jharkhand, India, on the evaluation of the implementation of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act.
