The UNU provides a number of training opportunities designed to improve the e-learning skills of key partner institutions and individual students.
The UNU Vice Rectorate in Europe has developed a number of e-learning and higher education projects, with a particular focus on supporting African universities. A good example is the collaboration with the University of Yaoundé I in Cameroon to establish an e-learning centre and produce five e-learning course modules.
From 2004 onwards, UNU has collaborated with the University of Adger on two e-tutoring courses within the framework of the UNU-Global Virtual University.
