Continuing Professional and Executive Education

UNU has a strong commitment to continuing professional and executive education, especially that aimed to enhance the capacity of individuals and institutions in developing countries. In line with UNU’s research and capacity development focus, these programmes are available exclusively at the postgraduate level. To support participants, UNU fellowships are awarded to young and mid-career scholars and professionals, primarily from developing countries.

Disaster Management and Humanitarian Affairs

In rapidly urbanizing and globalizing world, disaster studies requires to understand cross-cutting issues from a variety of disciplinary perspectives. This intensive short course is an elective to the Master of Science in Sustainability, Peace and Development run by the UNU Institute for Sustainability and Peace and can be taken by non-degree students (i.e., students not enrolled in the masters programme).

UNU Global Seminars
