Tuuli Ylinen is a research assistant on UNU-WIDER’s project on Foreign Aid. She is pursuing her PhD in Economics at the Aalto University School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland. Previously, researcher at the Finnish Government Institute for Economic Research.
