Sandrine Sidze is originally from Cameroon. She graduated at the University of Yaounde I in Linguistics with a focus on language description. During the last 3 years, she took part in the E-learning Project on “Working with moodle, Course development and the opportunities of E-learning”at the University of Yaounde I. Prior to joining UNU-EHS, Sandrine was a Teaching Assistant in the Department of African languages and Linguistics at the University of Yaounde I in Cameroon.
Sandrine Sidze has joined UNU-EHS in January 2013. Her research interests focus on the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as an accelerator for development processes. She focuses on designing and developing innovative teaching/learning models using information and communication technologies and transformative pedagogy to strengthen individual and institutional capacities in the field of climate change and environmental risk in Cameroon, and Central Africa.
