Jojo Jacob is a Research Fellow at the UNU Maastricht Economic and Social Research Institute on Innovation and Technology (UNU-MERIT). He received his Ph.D. in economics from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Before joining UNU-MERIT he taught economics at a private college in Minnesota, USA. He currently works on topics such as the internationalization of firms from emerging economies like China and India, regional dimensions of development,  and strategic technological co-operations between firms.
