    Biographical Statement

    Elsa Estevez is Senior Researcher at the Center for Electronic Governance at the UNU International Institute for Software Technology (UNU-IIST) where she specializes in Software Engineering and Electronic Governance. Her research interests include software infrastructure for electronic governance, software tools and frameworks for information sharing, frameworks and tools for IT leadership and coordination and the use of formal techniques for software modelling. She also served as a Program Committee member and Chair at several international and national conferences. Elsa holds Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from the National University of the South, Argentina, and a licenciate degree in Computer Science from University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
