    Biographical Statement

    Dr. David Baguma’s areas of interest include: application of multi-disciplines in rainwater harvesting technologies, climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental health, carbon marketing, domestic water research design and training and wastewater management. He has knowledge regarding use of isotopes to find solutions for water resource management. He previously supported donor development programme operations, particularly in developing countries; coordinated public-private policy dialogues; made contributions in project appraisals, fund-raising and planning as well as to the monitoring and evaluation of micro-projects; and was a guest lecturer at Vienna University, Austria. Dr. Baguma is a member of International Water Association, an editorial board member of the Malaysian Journal of Public Health Medicine, a regional representative of the task group on water safety plans for the Asia Pacific region, a reviewer for journals, and has published more than 40 peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings and working papers.
