Biographical Statement

Dr. David Baguma’s thematic areas of expertise include: application of multi-disciplines in climate changes & adaptation aspects, environmental health, domestic water research designs and trainings, groundwater supplies, rainwater harvesting technologies, modeling household phenomena, and knowledge of using isotopes in finding solutions for water resource management. He previous supported donor development programme operations in developing countries particularly in sub-Saharan region, coordinated public-private policy dialogues, made contributions in project appraisals, fund-raising and planning as well as monitoring and evaluation of donor supported micro-projects. He was a guest lecturer in Vienna Universities. Currently, he is a postdoctoral fellow concerned with research on arsenic contamination in groundwater, climate change and environment health related risks.
