Borort Sort joined the International Institute for Software Technology (UNU-IIST) as a fellow in March 2011. He received a B.B.A. in Management Information System from National University of Management (Cambodia) in 2005 and a M.Sc. in Information Management from Asian Institute of Technology in 2009. He worked as a Research Associate in the Knowledge Representation Lab of Computer Science and Information Management Department at Asian Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011. He also worked as a Website Specialist and Programmer for the Louis Berger Group, Inc. from 2006 to 2007. His research interests include knowledge management and information retrieval, semantic web and web services, website information architecture and user interface design, system usability and accessibility, e-learning, e-governance, and ICT for development.
