    Biographical Statement

    Dr Syed Emdadul Haque is a public health researcher with 10 years of experience in global health and development projects. Prior to joining UNU-IIGH, he worked as a researcher with UChicago Research Bangladesh as well as several government agency projects in development and policy.

    Dr. Haque is an expert in field research data collection, project implementation, research ethics, qualitative research, proposal design and manuscript writing. He has served as Principal Investigator on four research projects and published 16 articles in peer-reviewed journals.

    His work with UNU-IIGH focuses on environmental issues and global non-communicable disease.
