    Ruediger Glott is senior researcher at the UNU Maastricht Economic and Social Research Institute on Innovation and Technology (UNU-MERIT) and an expert for the research on internet communities, open innovation, e-business models and service models, business processes and new collaborative forms of work and trade, such as cloud computing. He has a long-standing record in qualitative and quantitative.
