Konstantin K. Khudoley graduated from Leningrad (St. Petersburg) University in 1973 and has since held various positions at that university. From 1994 to 2010 he was the founding Dean of the School of International Relations. He is Vice-President of the University Council, Vice-Rector and head of the Department of European Studies.
Professor Khudoley is the author of 80 research papers published in numerous countries. The main topics of his research are the modern history and modern development of international relations, and foreign policy of Russia. He is a member of the Presidium of the United Nations Association of Russia and many other professional associations in various countries. He is active in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Baltic Development Forum, the “St. Petersburg Dialogue” between Russia and Germany, and the “Russia-Republic of Korea” dialogue.
He has received the State Award for International Cooperation (Order of Friendship) and the Merits to Fatherland II degree medal.
