Institute for Natural Resources in Africa (UNU-INRA) Visiting Scholars Programme

This program provides qualified scholars an opportunity to undertake research on topics related to the development and management of natural resources in Africa, to participate in UNU-INRA activities, and to contribute to UNU-INRA publications. The program is also designed to enhance the dissemination of UNU-INRA research and to contribute to the UNU-INRA outreach program.

Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS-UNU) Fellowship Programme

This jointly organised programme provides qualified researchers the opportunity to conduct advanced research relevant to the main thematic focus of the Institute of Advanced Studies (UNU-IAS) or the Institute for Sustainability and Peace (UNU-ISP) and in co-operation with their host researchers at Japanese universities and research institutions.

Institute of Advanced Studies (UNU-IAS) Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme

UNU-IAS Postdoctoral Fellowships provide young scholars and policy-makers, especially from the developing world, with a multidisciplinary context in which to pursue advanced research and training of professional interest to the applicant and of direct relevance to the research agenda of UNU-IAS.

Institute of Advanced Studies (UNU-IAS) Ph.D. Fellowship Programme

UNU-IAS offers Ph.D. Fellowships to candidates in the last stages of their dissertation process to broaden their perspectives to other related scientific fields, and to expose them to international policy-making circles.
